Below are answers to some common questions that many agencies ask before upgrading.
Q: Does our agency adopt custom protocols outside of the system set or need to store additional protocols/policies within OneDose?
A: With OneDose upgrades, your agency can add unlimited documents, including custom protocols, policies, and more. Plus, administrators gain access to a dedicated Admin Console, allowing real-time customization, updates, and use of the notification center to communicate with your providers.
Q: Is our agency already paying for a protocol or clinical support app, and could we save money with the discounted UH EMS offering?
A: Many OneDose customers previously used separate apps for protocol management, pediatric, and adult dosing support. With OneDose, all these functions are consolidated into one platform, allowing agencies to streamline their workflows, eliminate redundant tools, and lower costs.
Q: Would our administrators and providers benefit from additional features such as in-app documentation, CPR Assist, and ePCR integrations?
A: OneDose upgrades unlock advanced features to further enhance patient care. These include in-app documentation, CPR Assist for real-time feedback during resuscitation, and integrations with ePCR systems. See the feature matrix or watch the video (above) to learn more about the added capabilities in OneDose upgrades.
Q: Would adding the OneWeight universal gurney scale to our fleet assist with pediatric and adult weight-based dosing?
A: Hinckley Medical, the inventor of OneWeight, offers UH EMS system agencies a group discount of 10% or more on OneWeight purchases. OneWeight is the first patient scale designed for ambulance cots, providing accurate weight-based dosing through a Bluetooth connection to OneDose.
