Pioneering precision healthcare means more than just streamlining on-scene efficiency, it’s about increasing efficiency at every level of EMS. One way we’re doing this is with access and ease of use of the Admin Console for our OneDose™ Protocol-Workflow Solution. The back end of our program allows you to quickly update protocols, send timely notifications to crews, and easily access present and past protocols.

In the Admin Console, via the Protocol screen, you can quickly add, update, or remove protocols. Beyond the basics of listing doses and contraindications, you can tailor each protocol to your department’s needs. You can nickname protocols for easier access, set weight and age ranges for pediatric or adult-specific protocols, and tag protocol as ALS or BLS. You can do all of this at any time — so your providers are consistently referencing the most up-to-date protocols.

Beyond just updating protocols and policies, OneDose has other features to help optimize how your agency handles protocol management. The Database feature acts as a visual dashboard that hosts all of the information you’ve inputted into OneDose. You can view protocols, medications, equipment, checklists, contacts, ambulances, users, and more. In the Notifications module, you’re able to send out communications to any or all of your users. You can send timely messages such as protocol updates, and you can send trainings in the form of quizzes or file reviews. In the Workbooks module, you can store PDF versions of your protocols. And, in Archives, you can store old versions of your protocols for future reference.

Utilizing the Admin Console is simple, quick, and all done in real time. By allowing you unlimited access to your own protocols, you can update your protocols as soon as updates are announced from your medical group. Additionally, our Hinckley Medical Customer Support Team is available to assist whenever help is needed. Our goal is to make sure your providers have access to the most up-to-date protocols at all times, in order to provide the highest level of care.
